Scan the QR code
Use the scanner in the Ticatoo app to scan the code at the machine.
Choose and pay
Choose what you want to use. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Free services do not require payment.
Use the service
The machine starts and the app shows its progress. You get a notification when it finishes, and a receipt appears in the app. The service continues even if you close the app.

Pay for the time you use
For timed services, you see a maximum price before payment. You are charged only for the time used, never more than that maximum.
No start, no charge
If the machine does not start, you are not charged. The app tells you when this happens.
Save a card for next time
Save your payment card in Ticatoo to use it again next time.
Changing phones?
Optionally sign in using “Continue with Apple” or “Continue with Google”. Your receipts, documents and saved cards are then available when you change phones or reinstall the app.

Open the map in Ticatoo to find service locations, check prices and see availability. You can also browse the services as a list.

Alongside paid services, you can find free services such as air or windscreen washer fluid.
Car diagnostics
Read your car’s fault codes with a compatible diagnostic device. Ticatoo guides you through the steps and saves the report in the app.

Start with the assistant in the Ticatoo app. It answers common questions and lets you send a support message with the service and session details included automatically.
